Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days to request a return after receiving your goods.

Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing to be eligible for a return. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

  1. All products must be returned within 7 days after delivery for exchanges or refunds.
  2. All items must be returned to us unused, in their original BHU packaging, with all BHU tags and labels remaining attached. Returns that do not comply with our policy will be refused and returned to you after payment of the shipping expenses. When the courier collects your return, we recommend that you ask them to scan it. This ensures that your return is monitored.
  3. If you have used a promotional voucher to make a purchase, you will only be refunded the amount you paid—that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. In addition, the promotional voucher will be invalid.
